I began my real estate career in 1994, practicing for two years until 1996. This foundational experience equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and honed my skills across various aspects of real estate.

For the next 25 years, I worked for a Settlement Company, where I played a multifaceted role—preparing closing documents and deeds, researching titles, clearing defects, and ensuring accurate closing and recording of transactions. This extensive background provided me with a strong foundation in the legal and procedural aspects of real estate.

In addition to my work in settlement services, I have had the privilege of teaching the deeds class for the New Hampshire Association of Realtors. This opportunity allowed me to share my knowledge and experience with both new and seasoned realtors, emphasizing the importance of precision and thoroughness in deed preparation and transaction processes.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have been an active member of the Lakes Region Board of Realtors, serving in various leadership roles including President, Vice President, and Secretary. My involvement has been instrumental in fostering collaboration and promoting the interests of real estate professionals in the region.

I also served on the Board of Assessors for the City of Laconia for 10 years, gaining valuable insights into property assessments and taxation, further enriching my expertise.
